About KDC
KDC Construction & Installations was started in 2019 by Cole Curtis — husband, father of three, and a craftsman with more than 13 years on the tools. We take on concrete, decks, finish carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall, doors, and fix-and-flip remodels across Middle Tennessee. The goal is simple: learn and grow with every project, and leave every customer happy with honest, quality work.

Every job is different, so we don't publish flat rates. After a short conversation about scope, we'll come walk the site and put together a clear written quote — no charge, no pressure. Most quotes go out within 1–2 business days of the site visit.
How quickly can you start?

Small jobs (drywall patches, a door swap, a single room of flooring) can usually start within a week or two. Larger builds and full remodels are typically 4–8 weeks out depending on the season. Reach out and we'll give you a realistic start window.

Cole Curtis — KDC's owner — runs every job personally with a small trusted crew. The person who quotes your project is the same person who shows up to build it, which means fewer surprises and a single point of accountability from start to finish.
